Anthropomorphic Meowth.
I've been stuck on this one for a couple of days because I couldn't figure out what I wanted her to wear. For the first half of this drawing's life, Meowth girl was wearing a tacky jumpsuit or something. Just about an hour ago I decided to go with a sweatshirt instead to make it look a little less silly!
